Focus.
Tonight I finally sent off those two scripts for the ongoing in to editorial. Man, feels like I’ve been cleaning them up for-ev-er but it’s probably only been a few days. I need to calm down.
I finally got the last parts aligned. Hopefully editorial agrees.
I wrote a story synopsis and the first page of script for a pitch for an anthology. Emailed it in; I’ll wait and see what they say.
I then went and read 21 pages of HEIST and most of them are great. I just need to fix the final scene and then I can get in and write the end of this story. It’s all planned out so hopefully it’ll flow well. Reading it was fun and I dug plenty of bits. That’s always a good sign.
I got an interesting email about a possible collaboration thing. Let’s just say I’m intrigued and hoping my mind clicks with it.
An editor had been sitting with a short script of mine and tonight he gave feedback. It was fantastic, on the point, and I agreed with pretty much every piece of it. Hell, let’s say I definitely agreed with every piece of it.
Oh, and this morning I found out we’d be having a girl in February. Golden.
